Move North and follow the North Edge till you find the Passage into the open Beach Area, walk North-East till you either find the Ramp to the Lighthouse or Beach, if you find the Beach first, the Lighthouse is usuuale North of you. From the Ramp move further North and do the Pillar Puzzle (Move the Pillars to the Beacon by standing in their Range), after activate the Beacon and talk to William to travel to the Brine King's Reaf
